say what you want about Dirty Work, but i loved that album to death when it came out. i was 16 and listened to it on repeat for months. sure it might not be their “best” songs but that album holds such a special place in my heart and i wouldn’t change a thing about it

Been listening to these lads since I was about 13 (over 12 years now) and to see how much they've grown over the years is insane! Saw them co-headline with YMAS in Manchester and I also saw them in Brisbane, Australia, where Zack was casually walking alongside the queue to get into the venue. Will always be one of, if not, my favourite all time band and the one's that inspiring me to play the drums since I was 13!
I watched this for the first time back in 2016 when I first got into them. I watched this livestream with my friends when it aired, friends I met because of them. And now I'm watching again in 2021. Discovering this band really is the best thing that could've happened to me and everyday is a proof of that. I love them immensely.
Dirty Work has always been my favourite album. ATL mean beyond words to me, and DW has so many good songs. I absolutely hear the change from DW to DP but I love it, and DW will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank y’all so much. This band are what keeps me goin :)

I remember that Soundwave festival in Sydney that got rained out!!! I was so sad bc I had waited all day for their set time but having Alex come out and sing Weightless was pretty awesome ❤️

Years on, I still think Dirty Work is way better than anyone, especially the band themselves, give it credit for. It's top 3 for me. It sounds very much like the successor to Nothing Personal, so I still don't get why everyone hated on it. It's hardly more poppy and produced than Nothing Personal is, and everyone loves that album. It doesn't have a bad song on it imo, and there a ridiculous amount of bonus tracks from that era and they're all good too.
While I'm at it, Alex, Come One Come All is awesome too. The next time he says that's the worst song they've done, someone needs to send him a link to Sticks, Stones and Techno..... or Your Bed.
