Once they get close to shore they slow down and emerge from the water. When they are moving at that speed they are barely even visible. Most cruise ships sail near shores. There is in fact, a shore like a milenbehind that cruise ship, but the camera never looks back. Also that was more than kmp, and I made the thing take longer than it should have just for dramatic effect.
