I sat through 1 hour of more bashing and ridiculous yelling at eachother 😒 for the twist to be a small reveal that after all the information we already knew, was not such an earth shattering moment! Wasn't the cast full of enough information by that time that this revelation was not the big issue that would suddenly become the tipping point to keep them from coming back for next season?!?!
Tom is an habitual liar, cheater and emotional abuser. He has repeatedly gotten others to lie and cover for him year after year! Raquel has shown very little remorse for having an affair with her best friend’s life partner until the very last interview. It does nothing to negate the secretive affair they had for over seven months. All the apologies from both & crocodile 🐊 tears from Sandoval were dispelled by the chatty laughter by Raquel & Sandoval when they went to her dressing room moments afterward.
This was the first time I felt physically ill watching the reunion. And it was Rachel and Tom. They're so off kilter, their energy is wrong. Tom is malignant, abusive, controlling, ego maniac who lies incessantly and Rachel... I'm not sure anyone's there and what is there feels as close to remorseless as there is.

I had anxiety the entire time Ariana was tearing shreds off Tom and Rachel. The pain Ariana felt in those moments was palpable, and the poor girl was scrambling to make sense of the betrayal even then. It was hard to watch.

Lala is so high and mighty. She slept with James and was with Randall. I guess she's the only one allowed to make mistakes. My take is Lala was jealous of the attention that Raquel was getting. She had a disproportionate amount of hate toward Raquel from the jump. Raquel was an easy target because she is "sweet." I think Katie, Lala, etc., were behaving like mean girls toward Raquel. She just wanted to feel accepted. The guys were giving her attention, and she jumped all over it due to her low self-esteem. I'm not excusing Raquel. Her behavior was reprehensible. I just understand how it happened. The girl has a lot of soul searching to do to get on the right path. I also think the rest of the cast can have several seats because they have done similar things in the past. The mental gymnastics they all use to jutify their own past behavior is unreal. Ariana gets a pass to be beyond angry (even though how you get em is how you lose em). She is controlled with her anger and generally articulates her thoughts well. Nope. Making mistakes in your 20s is not the same. That aside, Tom did not learn from past MULTIPLE mistakes. It appears others have. Plus the severity of an ongoing affair with a close friend, in the HOME of a 9 years couple, hits different than a one night stand early on or with a stranger. Please. Lala didn't even meet Rachel and didn't know whether it was actually a relationship. So to compare the scale/severity in the reunion like Rachel did is absolutely laughable and weak.
I hate how James and Lala's behavior made me actually sympathize for Rachel. I hate it bc Tom and Rachel's behavior and deeds were so deplorable, I would never have wanted to sympathize with either of them. We didn't get all the answers because those two keep coming in for the kill. Felt like they monopolized on the anger while Ariana, who needed the most closure and has the most right to be angry, just sat back or had less time.

Although her words were heavy handed, she used them instead of flying off the handle and being childish. She was vulnerable when she had to without being a victim of her circumstances.

Rachel was never Ariana’s friend. & Rachel let TV get the best of her, Ariana avoided many red flags for years, from Tom. Rachel PR most definitely helped her with the last moment clean up/spill. Ariana need some self healing before she jumps into something new and Rachel needs help. Tom is a product of all the women around him allowing him to get away with his actions for years. Okay so I get the whole cast have had cheating past but one kiss with a guy telling you his relationship is over and you weren’t close with the female is different from a on going 6th month affair with one of your gf best friends? When Kristen cheated on Tom with Jax everyone hated on them too just because they’ve all have made similar mistakes doesn’t negate the fact that Tom and Raquel are still horrible for what they did?! 2) Randall lied to Lala about the nature of his status with his ex.
It's not the same. She didn't sleep with Randall knowing she would break up a marriage, or have to pretend to be friends with his ex and act supportive of their marriage while receiving support.
Rachel was best friends with Ariana. When she cried, Ariana hugged her and supported her. And Ariana also cried in her arms as well. Ariana has tried to welcome Rachel in their friend group after her break up from James. She knew Ariana and Tom were together. It is not the same.

This reunion was childish. Lala is angry at Randall, James CLEARLY still loves Raquel and is genuinely hurt by this. Ariana is obviously hurt by this but this energy was too much. He cheated, he didn’t k1ll your family. The way they spoke to Tom and Raquel was unacceptable. Yes, call them on it, but they are not subhuman and “nothing” period. It was bullying.

I agree. What Tom and Raquel did was awful. But the abuse was OTT. If ends up harming herself, they will have blood on their hands. I was really disgusted that the show actually allowed James to scream and be abusive towards Raquel the way he did. I can see why now there is rumours and hints that he is physically abusive towards women.

Unpopular opinion here.. but this entire episode makes me sick. I agree Tom and Rachel are not great people, the way everyone went at them for hours. LaLa acts like Tom cheated on her. And why is James so freaking bothered? He is so happy with his new gf (so he says). Adriana has every right to be angry but I don't get why everyone else is so vile. Sure be mad but its not like they killed anyone. NONE of these people have room to talk. They have all been sub human at some point on this show.. Just saying....

It’s really sad watching real tears on Racquel and Sandoval.
