I am an Indian from New Delhi. My parents were from Rangoon Burma left the Country during the year 1960. We used to make Mohinga at our house every Sunday. After watching this Kitchen Channel I am really surprised that Burmese people have lot of dishes besides Mohinga which are mouth watering. Anyone who could tell me the name of this Chef. She is very perfect in making the items and I also like the way she explains to the viewers. All the very best and keep making some new items for your viewers.
