Often seeks and makes passes on the first touch, right as he clears the ball (6:12 like no way I'd see that pass in a game, with a minimap and top down view and all that). 6:06 "another day in the office" vibe lol. Moments like 7:58 show he just reads body language like an open book - got the idea of what's going on before the opponent started a run for the pass, and even abandoned the closest 1v1 marking as he realized that's not an option for a pass anymore. We love the flashy stuff, I do too; but now I sit for more than half an hour on this video (yes) just to tryna understand what happened in the more subtle moments.
