What the Rasta man is saying is true. Even When you leave a piece of land for years without weeding, it grows all sorts of natural plants and weeds- but you will never see any of the vegetables, fruits, grains and plants we eat. They were definitely created in the lab, that is why the land doesn’t grow it unless someone does.

Scientific findings are often published by individuals or organizations that may benefit from promoting a particular ideology or perspective, especially within the field of nutrition. Kongo’s perspective highlights an important truth: the nutrients obtained from animal sources are indeed different from those derived from plants. Animal-based nutrients, such as complete proteins, certain vitamins (like B12), and essential fatty acids, are often found in forms that are either more readily absorbed or difficult to replicate with plant-based alternatives alone.
Long-term veganism, while beneficial in many ways, can lead to nutritional deficiencies if not carefully managed. For instance, without proper supplementation or dietary planning, vegan diets may lack sufficient levels of B12, iron, omega-3 fatty acids, and other essential nutrients that play a vital role in maintaining health. Consequently, those following a vegan lifestyle over extended periods might face health challenges if they are not mindful of these nutritional needs.

Where is it written by the oriental books that man should not eat meat. No where in the upanishads where most of the vegan stuff originated. I myself have been a very strict vegan for over 2 decades but in the last 5 years I once in a while eat whatever animal product I get. Know thyself is the key here. Everything in moderation. Even eating too much can be a problem. Know what works for you and live by that. Some can cope for the rest of their lives by living on vegan stuff. Some can not. All is ok

It’s because fruits and veggies have a lot of carbohydrates in them . Carbohydrates break down into glucose and glutamine and these things feed cancer . It’s unfortunate for your sister , but advise her to start ketogenic diet and she will be free . Ketogenic diet eliminates carbohydrates and feeds the body with fats and proteins , glucose and glutamines from fats and proteins is slowly and not easily digested into the body , therefore when you limit your diet to fat and protein it starves cancer cells therefore they will die because fats and proteins don’t easily produce glucose and glutamine. I pray your sister heals soon
