We, Mhapsekar have to always suffer, for such nuisance, we shopkeeper pay taxes, trade licences etc, and are with no business and such stall owner's which don't even have licenses and don't even pay any kind of tax are on the loot, same story with the local hawker and pedlar's , no one is there to question them. our law is just in the pocket of officials .

Another thing is that, whether d goods loaded in d trucks r sold off by d Municipality or on a token fine returned bk to d owner. So, even if a guy stands noting d number of articles loaded without its description, tomo they wd fictitiously claim something was damaged or missing. Indeed it need to b well videographed & documented to avoid any friction. Secondly, if this man-made chaos persists each year in all Fairs around Goa, then its high time, they r not permitted for a couple of years as a deterrent, and if still persists, do ban them totally which indeed will not b done due to d legal & illegal revenue of those involved & political blessings.
