I agree 100%, but unfortunately, it’s a reflection of CrossFit who wants to stay weird and be a fringe sport with handstand obstacle courses and head banging push-ups. If CrossFit wants mainstream acceptance, they need to ditch weirdo “gymnastics” events. The Buttery Bros are a top notch team with amazing content!
The fact that Licis came 7 calories away from the world record for cals on echo bike in 1 min is insane! What if he knew it was 87? I think he could’ve beaten the record.
22 is the year of mental toughness for me. I am working on stopping the self doubt, negative talk and vibes. I know if I conquer the mental game my physical game will be off the charts and accomplish the things that are just out of reach. Love you guys! Keep up the amazing work. God bless the Buttery Bros!

Hit 220lb for weightlost (from 330). Hit a 500lb Back Squat (430 currently). And open my own CF gym after moving and getting married in October to my Fiance.
