But, one thing I feel that's really important to clarify... Even if content is behind a paywall, that content is still posted publicly. Any member of the public can view that content, providing they pay the access fee. There are no other requirements. As for the legality around this, the only issue would be a copyright issue. That tends to be a civil matter, and not a criminal one. That is because it is sharing content, that is already publicly available. Now if someone posted something online that had previously only been sent privately, that would be an entirely different story. That would then become a criminal matter (in most countries). I have zero issue with people posting content on OnlyFans. In fact, I'm very good friends with a big OF creator here in the UK. I just feel it's incredibly important for people to remember the content being posted on OnlyFans is PUBLIC. It is absolutely NOT private.
