Same. I look at all that and just think “what a waste”. I don’t know why so many people aspire to have rooms and closets full of stuff they don’t use and think that it’s “ goals”. I also kept wondering where all the new makeup she gets on the daily is going to go since every single drawer and cabinet was packed full to the brim. Not sure how that’s going to stay organized for very long 🤷🏻♀️
I love that the makeup is clean. Dirty makeup gives me anxiety. It’s so gross when there is foundation all over everything, finger prints, and when eyeshadow palettes have fallout all over them.
So true I used to have alot but always felt empty and that was the way I fulfilled myself now I have same 1 of everything that I rarely use but I am so happy with life I don't have time to run for makeup anymore or the need 😊
There's people that actually feel good with out it too even better what's the big deal with people having minimal makeup and having anxiety when they have alot it's called shelf life if you are only wearing it once every 3 months it can make sense ..

I mean obviously that's a given, but seeing as she is a Beauty influencer who has been doing this for over a decade she's going to have sentimental products that she's never going to use. If she had one drawer of makeup it would be a problem that she doesn't change up her routine. .

If you think about it though, a lot of it is sent to her and she also buys stuff to review it for TH-cam, which is her job. A lot of beauty gurus take all the extra makeup they accumulate over time and donate it! 🧡
It is what she lives for, not all of it she has purchased with her own money either. She is a large influencer, she is sent PR on the daily I'm sure and usually when PR is sent out, they send EVERY SINGLE SHADE of that product. She even mentioned she does giveaways and gives some away to friends/family. If you think this is a lot of makeup, you should go check out ShaaanXO's channel, she has like 10x the amount that Carli has. It's absurd.

It’s ridiculous you associate her amount of makeup to why she’s depressed like...is there a psychological connection between stuff you have & depression/mental state? If that’s the case I’m sure homeless people are happier. You wish you have the amount of stuff she has probably.
I find it interesting how people who are wealthy/famous aren't diagnosed as hoarders, because the public looks up to them. I think most beauty gurus I've seen seem to have a hoarding issue: keeping stuff in excessive bulk, even when it's too old to be safe to use or when they don't even like it. That being said, I do very much respect Carli and other gurus who are kind and mature like she is, but I think this lifestyle may be unhealthy.
I think it's not hoarding because she has enough space to reasonably store it all. In my 1200 sq ft home I'd be tripping over so much makeup so in my situation having this much makeup would be hoarding. And also she probably gets a lot of use from all of this so I don't think she has things just for the sake of owning it.
She is so cute when she talks about her collection. I can feel how passionate and grateful she is to able to have this and share it with us. Much love Carli been here since the start and will stay until the end!
