Love these old cabovers! I had the opportunity in the early to mid 1970's while on Summer vacation to do a lot of traveling with my dad who was a construction manager as he would go from one project to another. The roads were wall to wall cabovers in those days! I'll confess to my favorites being International Transtars and GMC Astro's But they were all pretty great looking!
I remember when I was handed the keys to my 87 freightliner cab over running a 350 commins, I mean to tell you I drove that thing with pride!!!! Loved her then and miss her now🤔
Great video 👌 just started lookin at you'r vids can't get enough lookin at American cabovers.I am from Liverpool UK 70 yrs young I drove a Scania 141 and a Volvo F88 cabovers back in 1970-90.and once drove a White for a while.I now own a " UK yes a UK built Dodge 50 tractor unit stacks and all and i tow an American Sunvalley 5th wheel living trailer for holidays and truck/steam shows , love it looks American. I am on facebook under name John Dodge black tractor and white american trailer as main photo, all photo's in there.
The American trucker the lifeline of our country. Take a look around you, whatever you see a trucker brought it. Keep on trucking America, keep the greasy side down and keep the shiny side up.
Love the old tractors. I don't like the new stuff. It's disappointing for me, but there are still fine looking rigs out there. Love the tri-axle tractors....now that's a tractor!
Cabovers are still wonderful to see in October 2020. Love those old cabovers. Full of style, character, class and pizzazz...cabovers rule, baby! 🥰🤩🇺🇸 When was that KW for sale? Good catches. Thanks for sharing!
@@rollingcoalentertainment6972 🇺🇸 I had to ask. I’ve always been fascinated with the old K100s. I climbed up in my dad’s 65 K100 when I was about 4 yrs old and took a nap. I loved it that much. I hate to see the old cabovers go to junkyards, actually, any old truck. But cabovers have a special place in my heart! 🥰 Cabovers rule! 😎
@@rollingcoalentertainment6972 🇺🇸 When we see a cabover, if we can, we do a Uturn and catch up to them so we can admire them! We’ve caught quite a few cabovers that way. Oh, and I love when they show up at truck shows! I even saved one cabover, a 62 Crackerbox from the junkyard a few years ago. You either love the cabovers or hate them, from what I’ve gathered. I come from a long line of truckers...my dad started in the 1930s. Great talking to ya! 🤩
Never drove a showroom quality cabover but did drive working f model Mack’s and white freightliners Just basic trucks Sure would like to find a not too expensive F model to drive around on Sunday s going for ice cream
It would be nice to see someone restore an old cabover to original condition, not hack it all up and add a bunch of crap that was never available back in the day ...
So 2 things, some nice cabovers but how you not even show 1 Marmon, and 2 for anyone who likes cabovers check out the k2200 i am jealous of europen countrys for this.
Beautiful classics.Thanks for the memories
Your welcome I'm glad to bring some nostalgia back to you

best song ever
My two favorite cabovers that I drove was a 1962 Emeryville and one of the last White-Freightliners made, one of the few with a 1978 title.
Great song love it
Good song I never heard before.
Thanks
Yup it's a good one
I loved my 1977, K100 350 Cummins, 10 speed

Your 100% right
Nice😎👍! Not too many of those o cabovers in use here in 🇺🇸 anymore like there use to be back in the day when the length limit was shorter.
Best Trucks Ever Made ❤😊
Excellent 💯
sweet, I worked for Empire White Trucks in up state NY in the early 70's
One thing about them k100 man. They have some pretty paint jobs on the trucks like the train stars and the Mac Cruise lines
Love the old tractors. I don't like the new stuff. It's disappointing for me, but there are still fine looking rigs out there. Love the tri-axle tractors....now that's a tractor!
That white and black peterbilt took my breath!!!!
The first truck I drove was a 79 k 100 and she was a sweet ride

The best looking trucks were the ones with stock visors. Cant understand why people like making their trucks look stupid.
I saw one like 10 weeks ago
Oops sorry Kenworth k220 modern cabovers

I agree

K220 is in Australia and New Zealand.
It is not in Europe.
Why would anyone want a truck so dammed long.
Give me 40 acres and I'll turn this rig around.
If my rig only played music like this i'd rip the radio out, throw the s.o.b. out the window and spit tobbacco in the hole.
International cab overs really sucked
Looks like the back of a Grey Hound bus has been removed. Ugliest truck ever made.
said no one but you, they are iconic trucks.
Beautiful trucks with awful music.
wow thanks a lot
Love cab overs. Learned to drive in one. Stupid song , untalented singer ruined video
Each to their own it's a popular song but I'm glad it brought back nostalgia for you.
Not alot of cab over coal trucks growin up in Harlan county.
