I love that it's not stiff, and it's really comfortable to wear, but it still looks nicely structured and high quality. It was like $18. Best purchase ever.

totally get what you mean by the colour thing! when i'm trying to work that into my wardrobe it's usually navy/cream/blush coloured stuff or sometimes pastels. but i always go back to my bwg (BLACK WHITE GRAY FTW) outfits haha
For colour maybe try more to boho chic, red flannel are essential to me, and maybe a pink heels or green bomber jacket, . Or maybe printed shirt and wear like black jacket if you starting . I been trying colour for a while, red burgundy , green and purple is main go if i need a splash of colour. Hope helps.
