Unnies is a sign of respect for those who are in your sort of age group but older... i think it means 'older sister' the funny and sweet thing in that clip was hyein was acting up like the literal child she still is.. refusing to the 3 eldest ( who were acting like her mum) to wash up before bed.... then the other maknae.... her older sister haerin called her to do it and she listened straight away.... minji had a proud mum expression on her like thats good at least shes listening to her older sister lol... they really ALL do take extra care of Hyein.. and that whole scene was so relatable because it so like many family households where young sibling listens to the elder one but not to their parents lol
Unnies is how women refer to older women in Korea. Hyung is how men refer to older men. Oppa is how women refer to older men. Noona is how men refer to older women. In Korea age plays a very, very big part in how you talk/treat someone. You will pretty much see this everywhere and if you actually listen closely to them talking, they use it when talking to someone, fans are also aware of this and since it's extremly common like you literally cannot go a convo without hearing it, fans use it in edited videos to also refer to members talking to members but they will never explain it because if you are deep enough into kpop to watch fan edits you probably should normally already know what a unnie/hyung ect is.

Minji does have a mean streak but when it comes down to more serious matters shes very responsible and motherly towards the other members... shes actually known as the mum of the group. When minji and dani are alone they seem to act a lot more mature and chill and not chaotic.. those 2 have a different dynamic when the other 'kids' arent around... which makes them look literally like parents of the group (even though hanni is 2nd eldest she has a lot chaotic maknae energy).
You guys should watch the newzips series... its only 6 episodes is a lot of fun and really shows their personalities more... personally i think its their best series
