When a Sekiro Player tries Wuthering Waves

I did not expect to experience such engaging gameplay from a gacha game to the point where it took me multiple tries to actually defeat this boss (probably because I was underleveled and maybe could've used one more support but honestly didn't know who else to bring in.)
If you like FromSoftware games or anything challenging, you'll probably enjoy Wuthering Waves. Couldn't hurt to try it at least.

great gameplay, i love how this game is like just a harder genshin impact its way more fun that way, and the darksouls aspect can be felt but the higher bosses are just damage sponges with one shot hitting skills. I do wish they continue to make more creative mechanics rather than damage sponges

I think a lot of the damage spongeyness probably just comes from just how under leveled we are currently for tackling these holograms. For example, I recently defeated Difficulty V Tempest Mephis while my character was still level 60; 20 levels under the boss, but it still feels great when I was able to beat it by playing fairly well and making the most out of my damage that I can for now (forte, echoes, etc.) It definitely would've been a lot faster if I just waited till I could ascend my characters further.
I have faith that they'll keep coming up with cool boss mechanics, especially for future holograms. From what I've seen in their previous game, they definitely know how to make great bosses with the combat to match it. 👍
