If you want to do less editing/less work on videos, you could also do a craft-along livestream, with the camera perspective that you had in this video where we just watch your hands and your beautiful art, and then on the side you have a phone or laptop so you can read the chat.
Livestreaming much less involved because you do not have to edit and constantly like do camera starting and importing files, you just start the stream, and end it whenever.
And the direct talk to your viewers can also forge much more strong bonds between viewers and your channel than edited video format, because it feels like people can talk to you.
(no pressure though, just an idea because I want you to like remember that you have that option, in case that is easier for you)
Ofc you should do whatever you feel like and whatever you are most comfortable with. Love the piece

I Love this idea! I find live streams daunting, but I also know that’s when you really have to do it- It doesn’t become less daunting by Not doing it.
