@@grvity33 Okay so to be clear, by parts you mean parts of the service? Also, the Quqlion in this video seems to be a bit different. Like lines are from different parts of the service are put together to sing as a single Quqlion.
@@lizzystar1907 The Quqlion in this video is taken from the Morning Prayer of Sleebo Namaskaram, so it's part of the Festal services of the Church (totally different from the Funeral service). The Quqlion here is regarding the Theotokos, the Saints and the Departed. Quqlion means cycle of hymns which includes the Fethgomo (Hallelujah verse at the beginning according to a Psalm verse), then Eqbo (a stanza that introduces the following Qolo), Qolo (hymn verses), then B'outho (supplication/petition). When I saying "part" it referred to one of the 4 different services which makes up a composite for the funeral service for an adult layperson. Hope that is clear now.
Incredibly beautiful. Unbelievable!!!
This is so beautiful I’m gonna cry
So beautiful!
This is unbelievablely beautiful
Not even Sruthi singers could make such music in these songs.
A blessed voice....god bless
It's really so so beautiful
Excellent !
🙏🙏🔥
May I know the name of the priest who is singing??
Fr Philemon Philip
😍👌🏻😃
Is this what they sing at funerals? Or is that tone 6?
For the funeral services of adult laity (men & women), there are 4 parts - 1st in Tone 5, 2nd in Tone 6, 3rd in Tone 7, and 4th in Tone 8
@@grvity33 By parts you mean parts of the above Quqlion?
The quqlion will correspond to the tone of that service (1st part tone 5, 2nd part tone 6, etc.)
