Shaping her legacy as one of transformative change, Roshni Merawi, Sarpanch (Garhi Gram Panchayat, Madhya Pradesh) exuberantly ensures access to education becomes a reality for all, especially addressing girls' desire to pursue higher education. She arranged free coaching classes with funds sanctioned by the panchayat. She also plans to organise career counselling sessions for class 10-12 students by inviting members of different departments (police, agriculture, local business entrepreneurs, vocational institutes) to come and speak with students.
