    Businesses negotiate with more than 1 entity all the time. It's a bidding war.

    Money guarantees are obsolete.
    Rules
    Do not sign with aggregates with large libraries.
    Terms no longer than 5 to 7 years
    Make sure they will not cross collateralize( borrowing your success to pay debt to others)
    Taking more than 25%
    Have limits caps marketing
    True marketing, otherwise they will failed to care for your film
