Now Tibetan exiles can apply for Chinese nationality even if they can't speak Chinese, but the condition is to admit that they are Chinese, support the Panchen Lama and oppose the Dalai Lama, Tibetans can believe in Buddhism and learn Tibetan at school, but they can't support the Dalai Lama. This is the case in Tibet now. All Tibetan exiles are also welcome to join Chinese nationality. Lhasa always welcomes you.
