When husband looks in refrigerator and says "Cristal" and wife quickly responds "Cristal!", I could imagine the disappointment on her face when he tells her, "it's water" 😂
The main pool was not heated, but there were several hot tubs nearby that were heated.The food/ service was overall very good and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

thanks! we stayed on site the entire time. it’s pretty isolated from everything else when we went. the water didn’t look safe for our kiddos to jump in, so we just had them play in the splash pad area.

hi! at the time we went they didn’t. we always use happy shuttle when we’re in cancun. it was $85 usd for a private round trip shuttle.

do they offer highchair in any of the restaurant?
we didn’t need to use any when we went. but i’m sure they have them available.

when we went in january last year, the water was rough for the kids to play in and the beaches had a lot of seaweed.
