- पुणे कार हादसा का मामाला तूल पकड़ता नजर आ रहा है। दरअसल इस हादसे में एक नाबालिग ने अपनी तेज रफ्तार पोर्श कार से दो सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर की हत्या कर दी। नाबालिग एक मशहूर बिल्डर का बेटा है। बताया जा रहा है जिस वक्त ये हादसा हुआ उस समय नाबालिग नशे में धुत था। मालूम हो कि, आरोपी के पिता विशाल अग्रवाल ने दावा किया था हादसे के वक्त गाड़ी उनका बेटा नहीं बल्कि फैमिली ड्राइवर चला रहा था

OR the huge lumpsum amount should be given to victim . in this current case for example this builder net worth is close to 600 cr. then they should give close to 100-100 cr to each victim. then it will be right . Yes today too many accident happening every day , many are loosing life . but the judgement should be good. this builder many earn more but waht about the victim life.

The court verdict after several decades:
1) The car Porsche did hit only the road divider and not the techies.
2) The juvenile was not driving the car.
3) The juvenile has only orange juice at the bar
4) There is no eye witness to prove the facts that Porsche hit the techies.
5) The techies where drunk beyond control, they lost the balance and hit the divider and died due to trauma.
All case against the poor juvenile to be withdrawn.
