If you read the pinned comment by Alffy in that video, actually Alffy Rev want to use the "Garuda" (bird) as symbol of Indonesia, but "Garuda" is national symbol that have rules can't be remake or change, so Alffy Rev choose to use "dragon" symbolic from mythical creature (antaboga) from Javanese culture in Indonesia and add two wings to make more powerful look.
