Yup, I know nothing about these beasts, but I know their Gearboxes and Drive shafts have gotta be about the strongest on this planet......... I've seen fail videos of plenty of engine failures, but I can't recall ever seeing a busted driveline. These things must put out at least 10,000 horsepower yeah?

The driveline on those transverse 4 engined tractors are interesting, they must have reversed the direction of rotation on 2 of the engines to connect to the right angle gearboxes .
The inline engined tractors look like they have a silent chain drive to take the power to a single drive shaft to the rear axle.

even the side by side engines are reversed rotation. look at the belt tensioners. its not a silent chain, its a heavy duty gearset.

I wish there were more videos about how the engines are hooked together, the driveline, the power outputs, CID, etc. Like are those engines being WORKED out there or are they aluminum rod 150 run engines?
