Jakie Jan u r a true legend. Actor, director, over all a great man. I have seen alot of ur movies since I came to Hollywood. But before that one memory, or I should say a movie that captured me as a kid. The cassette, well to be honest I could not afford to go pay someone to see u on a cassette. Dear friend let me watch TV in his home, and I remember caraty kid in a drunken master+ Jakie u r an inspiration to so many people. I know now u r a big star and u probably won't read this comment, but I do remember my brother hanging 2 litter plastick Coke bottle s on a 🌲 filled with water to punch. 50% of the times I just thought about learning the cool moves from drunken master. Thank u

I have to give it to the host. It was such an intelligent interview. I have seen so many stupid hosts and one grows tired with those. It is always refreshing to get intelligent hosts asking Jackie in a respectful and kind manner. The fact that the interviewers are Jackie fans does not change the other fact that they can be quite annoying and their interviews quite bad. But this was a good one.
The best interview was made by an Indian lady, she was both beautiful and earnest, moreover, she was intelligent too, and it was amazing. This was an excellent as well. I find myself watching all the interviews and even enjoying the same content, because some questions come up in all of them, and Jackie has to answer them again, over and over, but I still like them, if they are well asked.
I can never tire of listning to Jackie's stories, never, really. I have just ordered his autobiograph from the UK and I can hardly wait to read it. I have probably heard most of the things written down in it, in different interviews, but I do not mind. I love the man.

Regarding Jackie's comment about Chinese people needs to be "controlled" I think he means, China and the Chinese people needs unity and stability, instead of separatism. Dialogue and discussion is fine, but advocating Rebellion and Separatism, even in the USA, that is illegal.

I agree. Actors have their political beliefs but I hope that both actors, directors, screenwriters, producers, and audiences would divorce one's political beliefs from the movies. We can't help it if one is a liberal or a progressive or a conservative or a libertarian. We are all different but now everything is becoming political, even the entertainment industry. Just focus on the art and the dwell on politics and religion. These two topics are too controversial and divides people.

I really don't believe he does NOT know who Ai WeiWei is.. even if he doesn't know MUCh about him, I'm sure he knows who that is. Even Ai Weiwei said that he knows who he is.. in another article I read. He doesn't have to be political by talking too much about Ai Weiwei. Also those interpreters/translator/ his manager/ or whoever he was with was playing dumb too.

That's the thing, AI Wei Wei isn't that big in China, as compare to other parts of the world. Chinese people honestly have no idea who designed or built the Bird's Nest in Beijing. And this is exactly a case where people are projecting their own assumption onto others, as Ai Wei Wei is really not a household name, and he might know Jackie Chan, but hardly vice versa. Jackie is a much bigger name, and they might even have met in the past, but it doesn't mean Jackie can remember who he is, especially when he doesn't work in the same industry, if he does then Jackie might remember, but if not then no.
