There are many people that have heard of Ms Kendrick. She may not have the notoriety of AL Pichino or Matt Damon but she has her fans and she's a decent actress. Just because you've never heard of her doesn't mean you should make a snide comment. Up until now I'm sure many people have never heard of you.
This is actually a reason to not like her. Think about the actual situation as if you were an observer irl instead of being told the story comically for tv. The way she behaves and treats people is gross. And she is always like this- rude and judgemental. A real notlikeothergirls girl who thinks she s so quirky. It's so gross

@@JadeAkelaONeal exactly! There is no celeb that I heard more bad "I met her and she was different than I thought"-stories from. It seems she hates fans. She is rude to restaurant servers. She doesn't even answer people that work for her personally but lets her manager do it. She straight up ignores them. Like the manager for a book signing event or the people that do her make up. Someone even saw her throw a bag of fan-post in the garbage. It's stupid that she does fan-event when she looks down on them like that.

I remember one time when I was working for a valet company I got assigned to be a personal driver for this British lady. I swear to God, I started sounding more and more British the longer I drove her around until eventually I realized what was happening and I had to physically stop myself from doing that. Accents are contagious man🤣

Their language is an amalgamation of German, French, Latin, and Greek. They don’t own the English language simply because it originated there, especially when it’s spoken in an extremely different fashion today than how it first started, mostly due to globalization. As far as accents go, the American southern accent is considered extremely similar to the original British accent when they began to colonize the Americas. That rhotic accent was soon dropped and changed to disassociate with Americans after the revolutionary war, and that’s when the English began widely not pronouncing their “r”s. And they didn’t simply “rule” us, the colonies were literally British until they became Americans at the Declaration of Independence.

God yes re adopting the accent. Hung around swedes speaking English and started speaking like them. Annoyed the gf but my response was "didn't you want me to get along with your friends, wait is my accent that bad? ........."no actually it sounds quite natural but it's annoying because you're not making that much progress with actual Swedish!" That reminds me of when I was talking to this girl, and every time she said something she would giggle or throw in a laugh. So I started fake laughing to match them until it became a real laugh, not knowing that they were anxious and that’s how they coped with anxiety when talking to people. I saw their face literally change into a confused face, as to why I’m laughing when they’re being serious. 😂😂😂😂I quickly fixed my face and stopped laughing. 😂😂😂from time to time when I meet strangers I make it a point to watch their body language and facial expressions, because that was very awkward 😂
My husband’s whole family does this and it drives me batsh*t crazy!! And I don’t have a very good poker face either. 😄
