So beautiful out come and so perfectly you explained step by step, it makes the task easy for me. Tomorrow I'm going to do try that precisely with my own B'day cake. Thank you so much. Lots of Love & care.
Hi Renee, I am not an artist per say but I'm a cake artist, and after watching your video on painting on cakes I'm really intrigued and I'm going to try it, wish me luck....
Hi hello Renee, thanks for a beautiful tutorial, a love baking. Cakes and im a beginner, just want to ask how long it will take to dry the color each time you applied the petals for me to add another rose petals or leaves. Hope to hear from you. Love it its was beautiful tutorial and the outcome of it.....:)
Hey there....just watched your video about frozen buttercream transfer (it was great). When the transfer comes up to room temp, does the frosting soften on run?
Cool! Thanks for your reply. I was going to try to do a big spider and place on the side of a Spiderman cake. I just had a fear of it just falling off, or running off the cake:-) I'm gonna give it a shot. Thanks again.
It would really depend on your climate. Where I live, it isn't particularly humid except for some of the summer, so I don't get a lot of condensation on my cakes. For me, it is fine to refrigerate the cake after it is painted. I get a bit of humidity, but it dries as the cake comes to room temp, and there isn't enough moisture to disrupt the paint. I think, if you generally an refrigerate a fondant covered cake with no problems it would be fine. Just make sure the painting is pretty dry before putting it in the fridge.

When the buttercream transfer comes to room temp it will soften, to a normal consistency (like an iced cake), it should not run.
