This build but with Ava cape and buffed eye lasers instead of mage? Feels like it would be crazy good burst.
I think an good alternative then magic cowl will be cultist cowl, because after start killing target he panicking, press all skills, that he have and if you give cultist cowl ability in this time - target gets a lot of damage.
Yes it does dmg but they only use 2 skills , invis and run so mage cowl is much more dmg, cowl of purity is good option
