The despair that spawns there takes around 10 min to first spawn there and it last for around 10 min, then it has a 3 min cool down until it spawns again
You say, 'if you want to know more about that please watch my other guide' with regards to the star buff stuff, but you don't go over pulling one group to the other while the star buff is up in that other guide.
