The best F2P secondary is the Mauser C96. 1-2 shot kill with moderate recoil. It is rather expensive iirc its 5 million credits - but the grind is pretty worth it.

@@Moirezy mauser also has a unique bug, you can automatically rechamber your entire mag in a blink of an eye, by just clicking R for reload and then left click with your mouse. Idk if it's already patched or not
