Experienced both. Switched from iOS to Android. Yung wala talaga sa iPhone is super fast charging kagaya ng android at USB C then yung gestures. 😆😂
When it comes to cybersecurity, mas okay yung iOS. Pero sana yung next series nila ma lessen yung bigat nya. At either mapabilis yung charging nya o kaya nman ibalik yung power brick
Actually, it's a matter of preference and what you are used to. Pareho nmang okay yung ios & android. I've always been an android user but my siblings are ios users. Cguro kaya ako nag stick sa android kasi mas convenient sa akin dahil im fully immersed sa ecosystem ng android and windows especially sa work. Aside from that, gamit na gamit ko yung mga multi-tasking features ng android like split screens, side bars and other short cuts na wala sa ios. Okay nman tlga yung ios maganda yung pagka-optimize ng system nya kya lang d2 kasi sa Pilipinas mostly ang mga companies are using windows system. Though may mga software that you can use to bridge the gap, iba pa rin talaga pag nka android ka kasi diretso ang interaction ng windows & android.
Everything works, and works well.
I just started using iOS on the 2nd half of this year. I'm using both android and iOS now. Parehong may kanya-kanyang pros and cons. The best din yung RAM management. Nung una sobrang hesitant pa ko mag-iPhone kasi tingin ko hype lang at overrated, pero ngayon I can say na it's my best purchase for this year.
I have both an android and ios phone. The reason why I cannot give up my android device is I save my contacts and calendar to Google (please don’t get into privacy) because I can transfer these files to ios but if I use ical or contacts from iphone I cannot transfer them to android. IOS is optimized because it only needs to support a very limited number of devices. To be honest I need both devices for all their pros and cons.
No such thing as better OS. It always relative to USE CASE. Five (5) years ago I was in iOS because the organization’s enterprise-wide systems were mostly iOS and Unix. Last year, I worked for Google so naturally I had to use android. I’m now using both - iOS for work/sme, Pixel for daily driver.
I use both OS since 2013 pa, I started with a sony xperia and iphone 4s. Dati almost night and day ang agwat nila in terms of performance. Pero after ng mga major updates sa ios within 2 years or less ma experience mo na may mga lag na. For now I'm using my Poco F3 as my main daily driver.
Nag switch din ako sa iPhone after using android for years. And 14 pro max yung very first iPhone ko and I’ve been using it for over a month and I can see myself using this phone for 4 to 5 years. Nabago yung pag gamit ko ng phone araw araw in a good way. I’m not saying android is bad but I had a better experience since switching sa iPhone.
And when I was using android there was this urge where I always think that I need to change another phone because there are better options. But when I finally switched to the iPhone I never had that way of thinking again.
Smooth transition from Android to iOS Sir. I totally agree with you Sir, and di po ako nagkamali na magchange to iOS (13mini) More power po, and ganda ng mga content nyo, stay safe po!
The biggest dealbreaker for me on IPhones and IOS in general is the fact that it is a closed system. Apple has the ultimate control over your devices. They can lock you out from your phone, shutdown your phone and render it useless remotely whenever they want. You can't simply sideload apps. Meaning, you can only install the apps they allowed you to. Take note that you paid for a VERY EXPENSIVE device but somehow you can't feel that you really own it. Another thing is the blocking of third-party repairs(for new models). It's like Apple wanted you to keep paying them to continue to use the device you bought. Eventually, they will purposely slowdown your phone thru software updates and force you to upgrade to their latest devices, even if your old phone is still plenty capable.
I think as a person it's a given to have a preference but as a tech reviewer as hard as it may seem one should be free from biased opinions. It's hard to take someone seriously especially the ones starting to lean on what's hype and being a sell out. Android vs ios...it the end it all boils down to what a user's needs and preferences. Simple
I do have considerable experience using flagships at their time in both apple and android. Dito ko nalaman preferences ko, I was more of a customization/freedom guy. The iphone series is really great in terms of software & user experience pero it gets pretty boring and dull after some time.
Yeah but it just works. Unlike Android where you can customize it, even root it if you're into that. But if you accidentally brick the phone, you're gone
What's nice with apple is the long term software support and apps are well optimized. 4gb or 6gb of ram in ios is the equivalent of 8 or 12 gb of ram sa android. Using my iphone 12 since 2020 and it's snappier than my s21.
I’m not talking about the refresh rate rate. I’m talking about the bare overall performance when I said “snappier” opening apps and switching through them. Android is crap when it comes to ram management.
I just switched to ios just this November. Wala halos lag kahit 4gb ram lng Maasahan din ang camera anytime, no need to set anything just point and shoot. But overall IOS talaga ang preferrred ko as of now. Good camera, sobrang smooth, well polished na operating system at mas affordable na ang pre-owned units every year.
I'm a Samsung midrange android User for 4 years and now im using Iphone 11 pro and i can say that the software support and the Optimization of the Apple is a generations ahead in an Android Software. Also the privacy in the apple are highly secure. Once you go to ios for me you can never go back to android because of the smoothness. Also gaming performance is a beast on iphone because on android you can feel some delay or frame drops even if you have an 8gb of ram and a gaming processor like SD 888 or 8th gen 1.
From realme 6 pro to 11 pro from my 2 weeks exp sa iphone na galing sa android which is rm6pro from 90fps to 60fps i really felt that but for overall performance optimized si ios compared sa android and android is more flexible than ios :)
Exactly my reason when I switch to iPhone 6s. As you get older/matured. You just wanted a phone that simply works. And meron pa dn nman customizations si iOS. Hindi nga lang same experience with android. I still keep an android phone as a 2nd phone. (mid range phone). iPhone is my Daily driver.. dun sa mga nagrereklamo na mahal ang iphone.. hindi namn kasi required magpalit ng phone every year. My iPhone X is still rocking iOS 16. Imagine the software support yan ang kulang kay android oh and android phones usually doesn't last that long. kahit high end phone pa yan.
Well most things in iOS needs to be bought and yes android offers more customization to the users. We cant really deny that iOS is better than Android, but its just too expensive.
Hindi ako nakatiis na di bumili ng iphone huhuh, I regret not buying iphone since my first iphones iphone 5c and 5s.
Used both OS. Mas prefer ko yung Android over iOS kasi more on customization ako saka side loading ng apps and feature rich kasi ang Android dipende sa Android brand.
From redmi note 9 pro to iphone 14. Hahaha. Nagiinit talaga iphone sa games. Saka makikita mo yung battery life nagdedegrade kahit 1 month palang ako nabawasan na battery life. Pero okay na okay si iphone for corporate use. for gaming android pa din
Nadegrade agad sayo sir? Saken 100% pa din so far since september. Havent played much games on it though. Tsaka grabe yung jump mo from redmi note 9 pro to ip 14! Haha
1st off, I think that way that you intended to review it is what apple wants you to experience. It's the customer experience that they're after. I've been an Android user eversince 2010, me and my wife. We've experienced using flagships and mid rangers. Then late this year my wife decided to switch from S Note 9 to Iphone 14 Pro Max. I haven't yet because budget wise, it would be a nightmare on our cc's payments. So Im having my time to use it from time to time and read and watch comparisons from both. I would say that if you are willing to sacrifice customization from having a good quality and good software support, i would go with an iPhone. Secondary n lng ung camera features and other apps
Been getting free iPhones from my plan (8+, 11 and recently 14 pro max) but I always end up giving it to my wife. I'm so happy with android and I don't think I am missing out on anything sa iOS. Hindi din ako naiinggit sa naka iPhone. I feel that it's too common dahil sya yung aspirational phone of everyone. ✌️
Android > iOS - flagship android devices these days can now give you more customizability than before na need mo pa mag root - iOS is just pleasing to the eyes
Tried iOS once, then switch back to android and never going back.
It means they're giving the burden of changing to consumers. (esp. Xiaomi phones with MIUI). Innovations comes in many forms. That's a form of innovation and security rin. Masyadong mababaw ang pagtingin mo sa innovation. I've come from different phones: Cherry Mobile Flare 2X, Xiaomi Mi3 (fave: Resurrection Remix ROM), iPhone 5S, iPhone 7, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 (fave: PixelPlus UI), Xiaomi Mi 10T (fave: Project Elixir), Galaxy A52, iPhone 11. Kaya wag niyo kong sasabihan ng iSheep, binabalance ko lang ang perspective as I have both.
That's the freedom you have with Android.
Yung sa facebook po pag na view ng photo is pwedi nyo pong e drag lng ng konti para mawala sa pagkaka zoomed out haha. You dont need to tap the X para mag close.
From Nokia before I jumped to LG Android in 2010 then I switched to iPhone 5 in 2013. Since then ay mas nasanay ako sa iOS especially ung fluidity nya when it comes to switching tasks from one task or app to another. Naninibago ako lagi pag gumagamit ako ng android dahil madalas naghahang talaga even nka higher android models. Plus the image/video quality and the security itself ay the best ang iOS over android. Isa rin napansin ko mas mabilis pa nga ung iPhone na may 2Gb RAM over android phone na may 8-12Gb RAM haha kasi nga mas optimize sya no need ng higher RAM at all.
TBH kung ang android devices may consistency ng IOS (lalo na sa RAM management) you're already good to go for android. Kaso wala talagang device na may best of both worlds hahaha. Looking forward for it's long term review
Comparing iPhone to any Android devices, nagkakaroon ng pagkakaiba sa status. Android: customize iOS: optimize
I guess one's preference depends on the type of user one is. I just know iOS will frustrate me because of the lack of multitasking features. Kung may clipboard, scrolling screenshot, and floating windows lang si iPhone, matagal na ako nagswitch since all of my friends are iPhone users. I could have overlooked all the other missing features pero yun talaga mga ginagamit ko parati.
Good day sir. Great video. Ask ako sir if applicable po ba yung 45 watts chrger na na mention mo for the iphone 14 pro. I saw kasi na 25 watts supported lang yung chrging
I guess, whichever you are comfortable using. Kasi ako Ive been an Android user, tried Iphone but I switch back to Android. Andaming restrictions ng Iphone.
Same experience. hahaha. Switched from Android a few months ago (Android user since Gingerbread) since I also noticed that I do not customize my Android phone too much unlike from my younger years. Gesture was my biggest adjustment. Also the settings, you need to go to the main settings area instead of being built-in from the app itself. What I like is how well apps are optimized in IOS. Tried XR first and switched to 14. What I can say is that there are a few taps in Android than in IOS. Still not yet fully immersed and still using Google apps. hahaha .
same experience kz ako first time ko lang din gumamit ngaun taon ng ios .. what i likely the most sa ios .. is ung speed ng internet connectivity .. mas mabilis tlga xa sa android.. pati pagsagap ng signal , goods ung ios ..
I'm using an upper midrange na android phone as my daily driver and my iPad Air4 para lang sa watching ng YT vids kase mas malaki ang screen. Now, I'm thinking twice if magswitch ako sa iPhone dahil baka bigla ko mamiss yung dual sim slots, ultra fast charging experience, at many customizations ni android...
Kahit flagship ung android medyo nag lalag parin lalot pag bgong open ung wifi mo tpos sabay2x nag notify nag lalag sya lalo na sa messenger, nung nka iphone ako never akong nka encounter ng mga gnun kya from iphone nag switch ako to android per bumalik ulet ako sa iphone dahil sa gnung issue
For Android users, you can't really tell that one is better than the other unless ma-try nyo pareho. In my case, when I switched from android to ios - there was no turning back because of better user experience.
From iOS to Android last 2 years ang nagustuhan ko talaga sa iPhone is yung security and RAM management then sa Android naman is yung fast charging since maraming Android devices ang may fast charging. Madali rin kasi malowbat ang iPhone 🥹
In my experience.
For me gusto ko both. Yung latest or iPhone 11 to 14 and flagship na Android. The rest pati gaming sa Android
I liked this video it's very informative, I'm an android user ever since because of the flexibility (freedom) that you could have/do compared to iPhone and what i liked about this vid is that you're sharing your user exp. w/ us esp. Those who don't used Apple devices to help decide if it's that "game changer", tbh even I'm an android fan what i love about iphones is that their software support, optimization, camera.
I was thinking for a long time na to switch from Android to iOS because almost all the Android phones I want to buy usually di readily available dito sa Pinas. And I keep thinking to myself na mas matagal ko sya gagamitin kaysa sa Android phone ko na usually 3yrs or so may urge na agad ako palitan and thinking the expensive price is = to the longevity of the phone in terms of speed and support. I'm not sure about how sturdy it is tho, a lot of people says iPhones breaks easily but idk now.
I'm an android user since college at di talaga ko fan ng iPhone dati dahil sa mga restrictions. I've tried different iPhones like 3GS, 5s, 6s Plus, Xs Max, 11 Pro Max pero lagi talaga akong bumabalik sa android. Then Apple released the 13 series and since then naka 13 Pro Max na ko dahil sa 120hz display, superb battery life at amazing camera.
My first smart phone was iphone4 then got stolen so I bought android and I was amazed how I can customize it, never going back to iOS lol. It's just faster and practical. Apple is just luxury. Android have more freedom.
Ang dami sinasabe negative ng iba. Ang dami nyo gusto. Reviewer sya based on his own experienced para may idea tayo. Okay na okay talaga ang iphone ayus ung ecosystem nya from system to hardware ng camera is ok.. but considering the price nahh.. lalo nung nalaman ko ung profit margin ng iphone
Sir Janus. Tip ko lang po. Yung sa FB if ever na nag open ka or nag view ka ng Photo, kung aalis ka na doon, swipe down mo lang yung photo then babalik ka na sa page ng post. Ganun lang, no need na x button.
I love them both they both have pros and cons the one pros i like about iphone is the optimisation of apps generally , the feature i like on android is the bootloader unlocking and puting custom rom on it i have xs max and xiaomi 11 lite 5g ne
For me sir as a gamer at kapus sa budget, mas prefer ko android.. although makakabili ng secondhand ng iphone risky din kasi ...one of the reason why i don't like IOS dahil sa battery.. d ka ma sasatisfy sa saglitang laro.. waiting sa part 2 .. god bless Sir Janus
Im a swapper/trader. Which you have to pay sa ios na dapat naman talaga kaso di ko kaya. So what I'm saying is depende talaga sa gagamit. Thank you techdad for sharing.
Planning to switch from Note 10 + to iPhone 15 Pro Max through Smart Retention. Ok lang po ba kung wala kang Macbook or any Apple Ecosystem? Huling iPhone ko is iPhone 5 pa eh. 😄
Nakakarelate ako dito. Nung HS and College ako na madami pa ako time. Android lover dahil dami pwede gawin. Ngayong busy na ako lagi, lumipat na ako sa Apple and at first may adjustments ako dahil long time Android user. Pero after a couple of weeks, naappreciate ko ma simplicity ng iPhone. Thats not to say na wala akong reklamo. I still wish may fingerprint reader mga iphone or swipe to go back.

I totally agree with you Sir, and di po ako nagkamali na magchange to iOS (13mini)
Anong iphone bayan
Not really. May mga iphone 6 na gumagana padin til now
Disagree on the latter, mas magana iphone 6s, may update pa nga sa security system up to this date.
True thats why i switch to androids😂
You can drag down the open/enlarge image to close it sir 5:28.
Simple
Another great video sir ....pinatunayan nyo nanaman kung bakit ISA KAYO SA PINAKA THE BEST NA tech/vlogger
@@Lex-ep5qr exactly im using an iphone 13 and s20 SD variant and even though nka 120 refresh rate ni sammy mas fluid tlga ung iphone.
Same sir janus. Same experience sayo. From android to 1st time user of ios but the experience is good.
Thanks for this video because now I don't regret buying an iphone after watching this
Back feature ng iOS sa facebooks is either swipe up or down ung photo to exit full view.
Mabilis naman ma lowbat ang iphone

From realme 6 pro to 11 pro from my 2 weeks exp sa iphone na galing sa android which is rm6pro from 90fps to 60fps i really felt that but for overall performance optimized si ios compared sa android and android is more flexible than ios :)
Try mo s22 ultra sir

We cant really deny that iOS is better than Android, but its just too expensive.
anong flagship android nagamit mo?
Hindi ako nakatiis na di bumili ng iphone huhuh, I regret not buying iphone since my first iphones iphone 5c and 5s. ❤
Pang tawag at text.
Android > iOS
- flagship android devices these days can now give you more customizability than before na need mo pa mag root
- iOS is just pleasing to the eyes
You dont need to tap the X para mag close.
I would say mas deliberate yung sa iPhone. Haha
Tanong lang po. Napapalitan ba ang font ng iPhone? Biggest plus kasi sakin yan.
ok ang apple...pero parang sayang ang pera ko...dahil hindi ko nm nagagamit ang full potential ng IOS...sa edad ko kasi need ko lang nang youtube, videocalls at socmed apps na kaya nm ng android...no hate for apple products they are superb gadgets...but not fit for me..also financially 👍
Pang may pang bili iphone talaga choice.
5:16 you can swipe up/down on a photo to "go back"
Yepyep forgot to mention the swipe down too. Yet another way that confuses a long time android only user but im starting to get the hang of it
Boss try mag laro jan super smooth
Comparing iPhone to any Android devices, nagkakaroon ng pagkakaiba sa status.
Android: customize
iOS: optimize
Yun iba pang porma lng iphone 😊
I guess one's preference depends on the type of user one is. I just know iOS will frustrate me because of the lack of multitasking features. Kung may clipboard, scrolling screenshot, and floating windows lang si iPhone, matagal na ako nagswitch since all of my friends are iPhone users. I could have overlooked all the other missing features pero yun talaga mga ginagamit ko parati.
Galing ako from Android to IOS and masasabi ko na solid talaga ang optimization ng Ios compare to androids
Good day sir. Great video. Ask ako sir if applicable po ba yung 45 watts chrger na na mention mo for the iphone 14 pro. I saw kasi na 25 watts supported lang yung chrging
Hanggang 27w lang din power draw nya sir. So maganda lang is that pwede ka pa magcharge ng isa pang device na sabay sa iPhone
I guess, whichever you are comfortable using. Kasi ako Ive been an Android user, tried Iphone but I switch back to Android. Andaming restrictions ng Iphone.
I still prefer Android easy to use and modify!
Still not yet fully immersed and still using Google apps. hahaha .
Yeah the best tlga i phone ngaun kolng alam nung bumili ako ng iphone 14
same experience kz ako first time ko lang din gumamit ngaun taon ng ios .. what i likely the most sa ios .. is ung speed ng internet connectivity .. mas mabilis tlga xa sa android.. pati pagsagap ng signal , goods ung ios ..
totally different talaga iOS. napaka Satisfying gamitin
Saka lng may optimization issues if you are using entry, midrange device and brand specific.
I'm using an upper midrange na android phone as my daily driver and my iPad Air4 para lang sa watching ng YT vids kase mas malaki ang screen. Now, I'm thinking twice if magswitch ako sa iPhone dahil baka bigla ko mamiss yung dual sim slots, ultra fast charging experience, at many customizations ni android...
Kahit flagship ung android medyo nag lalag parin lalot pag bgong open ung wifi mo tpos sabay2x nag notify nag lalag sya lalo na sa messenger, nung nka iphone ako never akong nka encounter ng mga gnun kya from iphone nag switch ako to android per bumalik ulet ako sa iphone dahil sa gnung issue
For Android users, you can't really tell that one is better than the other unless ma-try nyo pareho. In my case, when I switched from android to ios - there was no turning back because of better user experience.
iOS user for more than 10 yrs. The most best feature for me is the software optimization and smooth UX.
I have both android and ios. Okay naman. No issue sa akin.

I love them both they both have pros and cons the one pros i like about iphone is the optimisation of apps generally , the feature i like on android is the bootloader unlocking and puting custom rom on it i have xs max and xiaomi 11 lite 5g ne
Try nyo ung 13 series kht ung base model lng. Npaka kunat ng battery.
same...wait ko kasi ma satisfied ako sa screen ng iphone to switch..point dumating sila sa punch hole cut out
Parihas tayo sir…All years android phone ako 2022 lumipat ako sa io iPhone 14 pro
Im a swapper/trader. Which you have to pay sa ios na dapat naman talaga kaso di ko kaya. So what I'm saying is depende talaga sa gagamit. Thank you techdad for sharing.
