An answer to your question about which side to use for aluminum foil, I asked the same question to my mother many years ago, she gave me a look like "Why would you ask that?" type of look, I just shrugged my shoulders and told her I just noticed there is a difference between the two sides, so I thought I'd ask, she then understood and told me it doesn't matter. it's made of the same thing it's the same aluminum, so it doesn't matter how you use it. Ultimately, it's your personal preference really, there is no wrong way to use the foil. We enjoyed your video! ☮💕

I make one of these every week. I switch up the meat...kielbasa...bacon....and I use frozen potatoes. Garlic...peppers. portion it out and have breakfast for me and my son for the week! Yummy!!!

You can customize it so many ways; make it French-style Cordon Bleu w/ smoked ham, swiss cheese, a little diced shallot and Southwestern-style with jalapenos, red/green bell peppers and a cornbread crust instead of potatoes. Even as a picky eater this looks fantastic im sure i can find alternatives like minced onion cuz i dont eat fruits or veggies but that end product looked so wonderfull
