      The Hippo if you’re not tryna feel hungry! A spoonful of butter is so appetite suppressing during a weight cut, and you use the fat throughout the day + your practice

    Great advice especially on #5. As a coach, let me add a #6. Not filming and going over every match (at least loss) w/a coach. This was mandatory for me back in the 80's and everyone has a smartphone nowadays. Huge difference in what you think you're doing and what you actually do.

      Ain't that the truth!!! And. Before any one gives a public speech. Record the speech first. Watch it with a friend or coach or mentor. What we think we are doing: is not necessarily as well AS WE COULD DO. great suggestion of yours. I hear you!!!! Gregg Oreo long Beach Ca

    0:57 When you feel like you need to pee, poop, vomit, or just feel butterflies is you body trying to make yourself lighter for battle. Back when we were monkeys 3 pounds of waste is a good advantage for fighting. So when I feel that before I match I welcome it and keep it with me.

    Your last comment was the best. It fit me as a gymnast. That is why I finished gymnastics at age 18 and want to get into whole body workouts (non-competitive bodybuilding). I flirted with joining the military because of its discipline. I did a number of their physical challenges and smoked some of their cadets and soldiers so they recruited me aggressively. They said my Russian accent was no barrier. But I don't know what I want to do with my life but it won't be gymnastics. Wrestling had a bit of appeal when I started training with some wrestlers.

    You need to have a good gym too. I've seen very talented and disciplined guys working their asses in their practices, but they dont get the best coaching, and thats why they lose.
