Although I didn’t graduate with the 1994 class, my freshman and sophomore years at Channel Islands left an unforgettable impact on me. The friendships I made during that time, and the unique 90s Oxnard vibe, were something special that still centers me today. While I've been fortunate to meet amazing people since, there's something about those two years that remains irreplaceable. I didn't make it but look forward to the 40 & 50th LOL I remember Tino - amazing as Tevia in Fiddler!! I was in the babd and got to watch it more because I had very little music to play.. trombone he was a pretty good sax player too. I had a huge crush on Neil and I'm glad I got to see him here - he won! Christine Batt, good to see you! Those are the only ones that I recognize ... I'm glad to see the school hasn't changed too much though 😁
Just came across your video…Thanks for sharing your 30 year reunion with us. I’m Class of 2008 and some of your memories were still relevant when I attended CI. The redoing of the quad and the electronic marquee happened when I was a student. The big tree in the quad closest to the office was known as the “Colonia Tree” if you know you know….😂😅. I don’t think our class had a 10 or 15 year reunion but hopefully something happens in the future so we can get back together like y’all and reminisce about the old days!

And yes I remember the “CO Tree” lol but playing football gave us an exemption to hang out there once in awhile since some players on our team were from there 🤣 But definitely had some awesome memories overall from our time at CI, thanks again cor watching 🤙🏽
