Ep. 4 Cositoare Bertolini / 2nd Hand Restoration & Use!

Episode 4 - an update of what Gabriel has been working on this winter. We upgraded from cutting grass with a whippy snipper to a more industrial machine, saving us lots of time! The effort was matched, though, as the Cositoare Bertolini is a heavy whip!
We bought the grass cutter second hand, and it took Gabriel a few try’s before she cranked up. We visited a junkyard for spare parts and found what we needed.
The machine works very well, although it is now out of action again due to a broken blade. The wild pigs make holes in the earth that are difficult to see amongst the overgrown grass. Shame! But we will order the new blade next payday.
