The reason I bought one is EXACTLY because I wanted that "old" disposable camera picture quality🔥 I still use the 102 version and I'd honestly prefer that "grainy" quality rather than a crystal clear photo. But obviously that is subjective. All in all it's still an amazing camera🙌

I appreciate the disclosure at the beginning, I feel like creators don't do that enough bravo. Glad to see Camp Snap made some improvements on that slow shoot speed and yeah the flash is still weak, wonder if they can just put in a classic disposable flash instead I'm only missing that slight whine as it charges and the blasted over exposed look XD

I have seen a few other comparisons of similar shots with the old one having that vintage feel and the new one feeling more an older camera phone picture. I do like some of the other features like the sound on the old one is so loud
To be honest, the first one I received had a bug that we had replaced. The second unit did not return the nostalgic photos even with the vintage filter. IMO it was not worth the $75 and I returned it promptly. I've been eyeing up an actual 35mm film camera handheld, I think the sony one I found was like $45. Granted, I would have to pay for the film and the developing, but it would most likely return the vintage feel while also bring a "wait to see" vibe. Unfortunate that I had to pay shipping to return, so I'm out like $11.

everyone's making it seem like the shutter is slow...dont let the tales steer you away, 103b owner and 103 user here....its minuscule and both FAR better then 101, maybe the colours are better? but had better low light performance from the 103B over the 103.... creators need to stop making it seem so drastic....seriously
From the photos I've seen the 103b seems to be greener, and the original 103 more magenta? Do you notice a photo difference beyond low light performance? It also looks like 103 photos have a greater dynamic range

All stock is currently 103b, I believe they're working on bringing the old 103 back

I just bought one a few days ago and had no idea there was a version 103B… no way to tell… how do I find out?
The back of the box will have a sticker that says 3 for 103 and B for 103B
