    Great video. Just happened along your videos today and hope to see more. With the new wing on the 600, it has become quite the aircraft as well with the g3000. Not a critique but just pointing out your using the term yaw dampener. That descent into ABQ was amazing! Nice job.

      Thanks Garret! Definitely down for that! You can hop in the m600 and check out the differences from the 500! It's definitely a change!

    Very nice plane with very good performance. Could you fly 1150nm @FL240 and High speed Cruise (TAS 265kts) to Arrive with 350# or would you have to fly FL260 or FL280?

    Love your videos! The M600 is a beast. Quick question: how tall are you? Curious as I try to guesstimate the cockpit size.

      Thanks! Im about 6'1 and fit pretty comfortably, I recently took out the cushion under the seat and it makes it so much more roomy.

      It looks like you need to take out the whole seat.

    Nice plane. What kind of climb rates do you get in the flight levels?

    • @JLAdventures15
      @JLAdventures15  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @setafavn, Great question. It depends on how heavy we are. If we are light that day, we can range from 1500 to 1900fpm. On a heavy hot day, it would be between 900 to 1400 fpm in the FLs

      What passengers? I read that passengers can cut your range in half.

    Are these negatives true about the M600?

    1. The cockpit is extremely cramped, like I told the Piper dealer at Cutter.
    2. The nose wheel often fails.
    3. The Garmin 3000 often fails to upload.
    4. The range is cut in half after you load just 1 passenger.
    5. Dangers of remote control... etc.

      That's for the comment and watching!
      To answer your questions:
      1. The cockpit isn't that tight once you're seated. I've flown in some light jets that I've had harder trouble getting in and out of.
      2. The nose wheel issue never occurred in any of the M500s or M600s I flew.
      3. I've never heard of any Garmin upload issues, I've downloaded and uploaded databases hundreds of times with no issue. That would be a Garmin problem anyway, not Piper.
      4. In the M600, the range is about 1600NM advertised. I've gotten about 1500nm with me and a single PAX with overnight bags and enough fuel reserve on landing. I've loaded up the plane with me and 5 PAX at max gross weight and saw about 1000nn with 1hr fuel reserve.
      5. Not to sure what you mean by remote control? If you meant auto pilot, the m600 had a great autopilot, we even had the auto throttles installed shortly after this video, and it was awesome!
      All in all, the m600 is a great aircraft, and it all depends on your mission on how well it's going to perform.

    Looks really cramped. Think I would prefer a 210 Silver Eagle, much easier to get in and out of.

    • @JLAdventures15
      @JLAdventures15  ปีที่แล้ว

      Being 6'1 250lbs its pretty comfy and not to bad, I have been in worse. I really don't think the 210 is a very good comparison when you look at the specs of both airplanes though!
