Am I the only one who was getting bats flying around me when I would use my Weapon Buff while having Flashpoint Batman as my Ally? First it was a Flashpoint Batman Emblem that would appear for a second when using the buff, then it became bats, now it’s back to being a Flashpoint Batman Emblem. Wish I could get the bat effect back. Any idea what’s up with this?
So Flashpoint Batman gives the defense boost 24/7 passively? I want to be the best tank I can so I think I’ll be investing in him because 15% does seem like a pretty nice boost. Also Happy Halloween event day!
I don’t believe so, I may be wrong but: You have to rank Bats to 10 quickly to see a heal that’s remotely worth it. You’ll have to toss a weapon buff in your load out for no reason for melee as a Rage DPS which may be okay because you’re not using a massive variation of powers as a Rage melee dps. You’re going to need really high SP’s to max your might & power along with your crit chances. If you do have the SP’s my question becomes even if you max health to scale the heal return from Bats, will it be a difference maker? I mean couldn’t you run severe punishment or redirected Rage instead and increase your survival as a Rage melee? You’re only getting the heal return every 15 secs, I just don’t see it activating enough to matter. If you’re in a hallway with adds, they’re going to hit harder than the heal return will be able to hit you to keep you on your feet. Let’s say at max scale you get a 10k heal and stack severe punishment in there….ehhh maybe…but punishment it working more than the 15 sec heal return. I mean look what you have to do to rank it to see if it’s worth it! The defense passive may help a wee bit as a dps but will definitely benefit battle tanks
So I’m running precision sorcery dps with fury using transformation, strategist, grim Arts. what Allie’s do you recommend as passive? A bit lost as to what I should be running :/ I’m willing to max them all don’t know which ones yet. Was looking at aqua man but I’m not sure. I could use your opinion
You've had to spend way too much time on Allies. Just imagine if they released them correctly in the first place. It would have saved you endless hours of testing.

There isn’t a best per se but more or less a preference for certain scenarios. Hands down Cyborg as a combat ally at full rank hits the hardest but many use him for single target over AoE, people running shard are likely going to run Aquaman.
if the room is large enough where you can get space away from other group members that 15% defense will make a big difference. That is basically like a 2nd Mystic Symbol artifact as that is 20% defense (rank 200) The 4% nah it will help but it won't improve better than you already are as a tank

Cyborgs passive saved my HL dps from power problems. Plus his attack is great too. Hes definitely worth it. You can do him and a few of the base bot allies in HoL pretty cheaply.
Cyborg is a must, has the highest damaging attack and his passive is great. Like the dude above me I’m HL as well and the power I get from cyborg helps a lot. HoL bot I’d say is a good number 2. Highest single target dmg on bosses, and the passive is decent if you’re a controller or if you’re fighting adds with no willpower (i.e. they can be stunned easily). Everything else is really up to you. I personally leveled oracle bot because the rares are ridiculously easy to level, and because of her passive I never have to repair anymore. So far I have these 3 leveled to max and haven’t spent any money on ally favor or catalysts at all so getting all the rares/epics you want should be easy, just level whatever you want.
@@fwlilzay you can have as many as you want but you can only have one equipped for their attack and 2 for their passives. Can’t have any equipped for both so if you’re using one for their attack then you can’t also use it for their passive. So for example whenever there’s multiple adds I run cyborg as my attack ally, with HoL bot and Oracle as support. If it’s a single target fight I run HoL bot as my attack ally, with cyborg n oracle as support. If you find yourself struggling with power costs tho I’d run cyborg for his passive and swap in either zoom or oracle for their attack. The reason I run oracle for her passive in content tho is so I don’t ever have to worry about repairing (I haven’t used a bot or vendor to repair in ages lol) and I swap in zoom for his passive if I’m not in content just so I can move around a bit faster. There’s a rough guide I guess lol.

15% is only for solo
Hmmm for Rage the batman ally might be really good. Especially because its a melee power

True in this case they put Nubia in the TC cause it’s a Wonder Woman theme and opening that many will give you a good chunk of ally favor

@@makavelithadon1224 Yes it starts at Rank 4 at 3% then goes up by 3,2,1,1,2,3 to reach 15% at rank 10

did you have Lanaera's amulet on? on the sparring targets that is the only way to activate Hear My Call
