Paradox rift is easily my favorite set of all time! I’ve opened like 10 packs and have gotten like 6 pulls! (and I pulled my most expensive card in a paradox rift pack so…)

I found in the SW/SH era I had WAY BETTER pull rates from my sleeved boosters vs ETB’s, box’s, etc. Haven’t opened enough SV to know how the rates are tbh

After opening 2 booster boxes and a case of booster bundles, I, too, have the impression that the highest rarity cards are a bit tougher to pull this set. I look forward to your video on pull rates this Friday!
Both of my booster boxes had 12 hits. One box had a SIR and a gold card, while the other had just one SIR and no gold. My case of booster bundles (25 6-pack bundles = 150 packs) yielded 5 fewer hits than the 144 pack case of sleeved boosters you opened in this video, which is obviously around 7 fewer hits than expected and a disappointment in that sense. However, I can’t really complain considering the SIR and hyper rare cards pulled were mostly cards on my wish list (Gholdengo ex, Garchomp ex, Sandy Shocks ex, and Parasol Lady for the SIRs and 2 x gold Roaring Moon ex).
FWIW the booster bundle case (again, containing 150 packs) broke down like this:
Special Illustration Rare: 4
Hyper Rare (Gold): 2
Ultra Rare (Full Art): 13 (8 Pokemon; 5 Trainers)
Illustration Rare: 8
Double Rare: 16
Total = 43

The pulls ramped up nicely in the second half of the vid. While BBs may be more consistent, if I could get this or 4 BBs for the same price, I'd go this route. I just enjoy the volatility, haha.

I personally prefer sleeved boosters after booster boxes. Better hit rate on booster boxes imo. However, I will say that my wife has pulled the biggest hitters of each set from a sleeved booster such as Umbreon Vmax AA, Iono SAR, etc.

Hands-down Paradox Rift is the best SV set so far. Significantly changes up the competitive meta and has very nice artwork at every rarity level.

Altaria is one of my fav Pokémon. And that’s awesome all the bros are playing zard EX. As a tcg live player that is for sure the easiest to build and a deck that can still be challenging to pilot.

I opened a lot of paldea evolved sleeved packs and they felt awful but build and battle stadiums were crazy, opened a case of the stadiums and pulled a sir out of every box

Man we can't have 300+ card master sets, price increases, nerfed pull rates, AND 4-5 sets release per year. That's a breakneck pace. If anything, we need juiced pull rates to keep up with these set sizes.

I just opened a sealed case of Silver Tempest sleeved boosters last week. Tons of Trainer Gallery dups and regular EX dups. Not the best experience, not horrible. Got me closer to my master set, but still missing about half the TG, a lot of SIR, and most of the Rainbows (got 3 Rainbow in the case). I'll probably stick to other products as well in the future.

The pull rates are kind of worrying. I know for investors they are probably liking it but as a budget collector, I want cards as cheap as possible. Only one SIR/gold per box is concerning, considering it’s $100 a box and these will probably be not that expensive. The fun cost is going up!!!

I was hyped for this set. Then over the past week my hype has died. Between the sets size, the pull rates, and the price dropping so much already im beginning to waiver. I have only skipped 1 set ( silver tempest) since brilliant stars, and am starting to wonder if I should skip this set... can someone comment as to why I should still go after this set. I saw one broken Evolving Skies sleeved i opened.
But everything else has been awful since Vivid.
You'd think Pokemon give you little better hits on the sleeved.

I think they changed the pull rates for the special illustrations this set. My booster box had 13 "hits" but no special illustration and 1 gold reversal energy. Pretty disappointing really was looking forward to at least one of those special illustrations (not prof turo). Gonna get another box at some point and if I get no SIR or I get prof turo for my SIR I quit lmao.

I went to a prerelease at my LCS and have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the set. Originally was not going to jump into it with 151 still in full swing but I went ahead and got some booster boxes so the kids can have some fun. That’s what it’s really about! Nice pulls.

Etbs all day, the gamble rate is less that single blisters because the product has to offer a value close to the price or no 1 would buy... Everythings a gamble but the odds are more in our favour through this method in my experience 👍 batching & new Deliverys makes a masive difference aswell so don't expect a different results after from the same batch, wait for a new delivery if your getting doubles ect
