Do women put too much financial pressure on men?

As a man that due to my health I can only work part time. I own a house/car/etc and am debt free but I still don't feel like I earn enough to think about dating.

Speaking as a guy the biggest help for me would be if my partner could just understand why I have a bad memory with house chores.
I run my own buisness and I find my brain constantly stuck with thinking on how to mantain it and keep it smoothe sailing, even when im off the clock my brain is stuck in this "how do i do better" mind set.
So if I could just get some slack for forgetting to check the laundry or leaving a sock on the ground it would be nice.
