Needing a day in bed is perfectly healthy! I was so upset for a few days after you guys left the competition and I think you are amazing to be able to do this year after year. 😅It's hard! You just can't help but get SO emotionally invested, and then suddenly, you have nowhere for those emotions to go. Just wanna say that you guys were awesome and didn't deserve to leave, but you should be very proud of yourselves - especially for that last performance, which was gorgeous. 💗💗 Also, that was such a great vlog!! Yawning excessively can be a symptom of anxiety it’s soo weird I get it in tense situations like interviews 1 to 1 conversations hospital consultants because I have multiple progressive back conditions one of them being scoliosis so have to have regular checkups etc xx 💖💖💖❤️❤️❤️
