I have surround sound speakers above and around my bed and I play this every night to cut out the noise my upstairs neighbours make at night. Like a noise barrier
I do the same. Some neighbours can’t be considerate to save their lives.
I do this with my neighbors God awful dog, it's fed, played with, and taken care of yet every night at 4am it has to start it's barrage of barking. This video alone saved my sleeping

It’s a dreadful thing to have noise-insensitive neighbours.
You can understand why noise is used as a torture.
It’s inescapable.
It works even in quiet places. Not kidding I cant get to sleep if its too quiet
The sound of falling asleep in the back seat of a car at night while traveling a long distance - streetlights gleaming in the windows and shining on the soft plush seat - head leaned up against the cool glass, seatbelt holding your cheek like a hammock.
I'm trying to find the noise colour that best mimics ducted heating warm rumble... let me know if you have any ideas :)

This reminds me of traveling with my parents and siblings, sleeping in the backseat of the car and watching headlights sweep by on the car roof. Traveling across the country, yet again, to my dad's new duty station, everybody all packed in together like sardines. The hiss of the tires, dad's country music playing softly on the radio, nobody squabbling or complaining next to you.
One of my few good memories with the whole family (s)trapped in our car, trundling dutifully to the next military base, located somewhere ACROSS the country, wherever the US ARMY in it's infinite wisdom, decided our dad's just HAD to be for the good of the US of A.
Good times. Sort of.

I listen to this all - the - time. It's the only thing that can keep me focused during work. The sound is just the right amount of bass. There's nothing "sharp" or grainy about the sound. Just smooth, noise-canceling, focus-inducing calm.

I decided I like red noise the most. Falling asleep with it every night 🙌🏽
I've always had trouble switching off when I go to bed. Tried white noise and it helps some, but after a while it gets too "busy". I tried brown noise last night and it was way better. Just ran across this and I think it's going to be the best so far.
Yeah, I started with green noise after I saw an ad, and then tried brown. But this, this hits that sweet spot

It is! I've used brown noise for a while to switch of that busy head and help with tinnitus and it helped a lot but found this video a few days back this one works even better..

What I basically do, is I put on like sounds of rain tapping on car windows, and then this. The combination makes it feel like you’re in a car on a rainy day.

I slept straight through from approximately 5am until 1245. Almost 8 hours. Unheard of for me! I generally sleep 4 to 5 hours. I may go back to sleep, but not a deep sleep. Thank you!

I’d give up on sleeping altogether if it wasn’t for these videos. They’re amazingly effective in drowning out street noise, barking dogs and other assorted cacophony that prevents a good night’s sleep. We live in such a noise polluted world. No wonder so many people are nuts!

Red noise is another term for brown noise.
Red's my favorite color, so I knew red noise would be the best.

Thank you! I love this red noise. Might try it tomorrow morning to block out the noise and vibration of neighbors spa pool that turns on at 6am when it is still dark and goes for 4 hours. Then on again at 6pm to 10pm so now i cant get a decent nights sleep either end of the day. Am now on tranquilizers and antidepressants as it has caused me to have severe anxiety and racing heart. Neighbor doesnt care as long as his spa pool is hot.

@@dararshokri NASA related audio from the last mission. I believe it was JPL that put a microphone on the last rover that was sent to Mars. This is similar, but no gusts or sand sprinkles... hope that helped.

I’ve never listened to super deep red noise. I do listen to deep brown noise on a particular TH-cam site….and this sounds almost exactly the same. I love the black screen and will definitely bookmark and come back this week and give this a try to put me to sleep. ❤

This reminds me of the sound of jet engines from inside the cabin. All I would need is a little shaking or a bing-bong flight attendant call sound and I would be out like a light. 😄

white noise is known more for being able to mask loud sounds that stimulate your brain.
I really like this, it has a nice, soft tone, but, it gets the job done on holidays when the night owls are still celebrating. Nothing ridiculous though.
