*Not the worse, there is nothing worse ONLY evil destruction of People* as part of the horrific past of both Canadian and US governments that only came to be because they took it by force which effected every race and culture.
*Indigenous people Native Americans* forced into schools to conform to Canadian and Catholic ways and to forget there tradition and heritage they also had horrific events like the *Trail of Tears* and there villages burned and territories taken.
*My Ancestors African-Americans were forced and sold into Slavery, bodies whipped, slashed, broken, hanged, and burned, treated less than human* ,our communities and homes burned setting us back *Tusla Race Riots the Destruction of Black Wall Street, Tusla Oklahoma 1921* we were kepted from education and generational wealth, left behind, and we never received justice but are constantly told to let it go and move on and *African Americans NEVER received proper compensation* like the others Natives, Jews, China, Japan etc.
But if anyone empathizes with this story its us because our story's are too similar.

America and Canada don't want it known that the Peninsula of Acadia was taken over by British forcing the Acadians into slavery or death. Forced to America on Slaveships and then being treated as second class citizens at best. Not allowed to sail back home and if they did their land was taken.
Acadians are now considered indigenous Americans on the ground their homeland is gone so now it's Lousiana as Cajun or French Canada Acadia.

She never saw him again, she figured he was so sick he had to return home. Years later when she left residential school her family asked where was her brother. Y’all are still live in the past and cling to it. Sure the past affect the future but we can’t change it now. Like Japan did horrible things in the past, now their reputation is being organize and polite. They have changed. Canada And America as well. If you’re going to say racism, well there is nothing we can do about that but to learn how to co exist now and stop blaming the later generation for the action of their ancestors. There are many factors of why black and native can’t succeed now, and it is not cause of systemic racism. Asian has so many odd against them, but they succeed. The problem now is something else entirely. So focus on the present and future instead of clinging on to the past.

    • @kennethjames8201

@@andromedamessier3176 The past actually does have an effect on the present, we can't just say "get over it" just because we don't feel like addressing the fact that generations of people have been impacted by the actions of those in the past, we should work to make a fairer, more just world. Also, when you say, "the problem now is something else entirely," are you referring to culture? What about the cultures of different racial groups makes them worse? Are you talking about race? What makes a person of color worse? Whatever implication you have, you just seem to believe that certain races are worse than others, and, my friend, that's textbook racism.
