I can't find any information on exactly when it's starting this Sunday, but for last Sunday I read that the boats would be there from about 10 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. I don't think the dancing and celebration on the boats started till around 11 a.m. when we went, though.

A good place tosee the dance on the boat is in Higashi Izumo. You cansee they dance only a few meters in front of you.
