Can I also add his voice sounds amazing. On Jimmy Kimmel, he was sick and sounded not so good, and on tumblr people were trying to argue with me, saying he always sounds like that, and it's sounds good; it's what he does. But this, this is how he sounds. Perfect. Especially since this is a super emotional song, and he pulls it off very well.

She did not die in a car crash. The story between Adam and Ann Marie ended with a break up. He knew her in high school and had a huge crush on her, then she moved to California for college. She moved back in 2009 and he asked her out. They dated for two years, then she broke up with him on March 7, 2011. He still loves her very much, and this song (and others such as Take It All Away) are his way of expressing how much he misses her.
They had to have broken up before March 2011 because around February was when he sent Taylor Swift his Enchanted cover. Unless he was in love with two people.
This is so sad, every time I listen to or watch this, I just start crying. He is such an amazing person. He loved Ann Marie so much. It makes me so sad to think that Adam has to go through something like that. And I believe that he does still love her. I'm crying right now, because he is so brave for putting his feelings out here like this. This video and many others show that Adam is passionate about what he does, so drenched in his music. I'm sorry, I just had to say that. I love you, Adam.

Abigail nah, I wish. He just played it for a few shows during the end of his Ocean Eyes, and I think maybe a couple times in his ATBAB tour... But it would be awkward to play it now-a-days, acsue Anne Marie is actually married, and cause Adam has a sweet girlfriend.

He didn't on his latest tour, Coco Moon. But the concert itself was amazing, and I enjoyed everything except for the line.
