I travelled on this route years ago. Amazed to see nanded purna jalna section is still not electrified!

8:51 THANK GOD you turned right at that bridge. Most railfans ignore that structure. That is actually an aqueduct, where a canal is transported over the river, to prevent mixing or loss of water flow. They are really rare now.

I have travelled in 1AC in this train from KCG to ADI before 5 years and that time it had HA1 coach.
Dear Avinash, this route (DHNE-KCG) has been fully electrified, and yet indiarailinfo shows the Okha-Rameswaram express to run this route diesel. Could you clarify whether indiarailinfo is wrong, or they are still running diesel on this section? Thank you.

in my childhood, I used to wonder at this station to see the meter gauge steam locos.
It was night time when you were arriving at kacheguda otherwise you could have seen wild peacocks 30 mins before arriving at Kacheguda
