If you continue using the same color, do you recommend to always keep applying the color allover or just the new growth? How long did your color last? My final concern is, what would you do differently and is there a specific maintenance program that you recommend?
New growth for the majority of the time and then around 5 minutes before you wash, give or take, put the rest in all of your hair. Keep focused on new growth though
do your roots, and then add some shampoo or water to the rest of the color bottle and put it on the rest of your hair the last five minutes and it should freshen up the rest and look all even! 🥰
How fun! It will probably be more of a really dark red, maybe even a black with reddish tones. Depends on if you hair is naturally black or if it’s dyed at etc
Can you help me please? I used this and have ended up with black hair.. is it semi permanent? Will it wash out completely? I put it over my honey blonde highlights ..
Oh no! So sorry to hear that! Yes, it’s semi-permanent- so as you wash your hair it will definitely fade, especially if it is over honey blonde highlights. If you want a more immediate solution I’ve heard washing with a little bit of Dawn dish soap can help strip out some of the color.
Hi! I have a question. I had the same hair color as you before you dyed it and I dyed it with that same color box dye. Since it’s semi-permanent. Did it fade back to the color you started with in the video ? Or did it fade into a different color ? Please let me know, Thank you so much!
@@LifeByDevynI appreciate ur response! I was worried it was going to go back to the color I started with instead of my natural hair color lol Thank you again!
Does it cause irritation on the skin? I just bought it and I wanted to try it but the instructions kinda putting me off about, if it touches your skin blah blah...... Help I'm scared!! Should I just go ahead and apply it or....??
Yah, that doesn’t surprise me. This product seems to be the hardest to show up on black hair. I will see I have seen people with black hair use the more vibrant colors and it does give a little undertone? Good luck!
It looks like a medium brown to me. What was your starting color? Because usually when you colour your hair a shade darker it needs to be only a level lighter.
It came out so pretty! 🤎🧡🤎🧡🤎
Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

It lasts 28 washings so it won't have regrowth. It will just gradually wash out
It's very pretty, but me personally I loved the auburn
Should I also start from my ends bc I saw others say your roots should be first
When you touch up can you show how. Everytime I've ever used box dye and touch up my roots are like 3 shades darker than the rest of the hair
do your roots, and then add some shampoo or water to the rest of the color bottle and put it on the rest of your hair the last five minutes and it should freshen up the rest and look all even! 🥰
@@0uterspice Thank you so much ❤️
Great tip!
Looks amazing!!
Did it wash out within the timeframe stated on the box?
Thank you! Yes it did!!
Ohhh yes love it beautiful
Thank you!!
hi ! , i just bought the same thing yesterday but dark red but i have black hair .. how do you think it will turn out ?

After 28 shampoos. It says on the box.
Clarifying shampoo will help pull it out

Over time it faded back to my normal color :)

It did not irritate my skin! If it got in my face or forehead or wherever I would just wipe it off and it was fine! :)
@@LifeByDevyn thank you! I'll go ahead and apply it :)
Hi …did you wash your hair with shampoo until clear…thanks
Nope, just water the first time! 😊
Where do you purchase this from please and thanks.
I purchased mine from target but you can find it at a lot of stores like Walmart, cvs, Walgreens, Amazon etc.
Was one bottle enough?
Yes, plenty! Definitely can use it more than once!
Could you please name the products instead of just posting the Amazon link? Please
I have black hair and used light mediumbrown. It seems no color effects. :(

You need to lighten your hair first for anything to show up.
Color deposits
Bleach lightens… that’s the deal.
It's not a permanent color, it only colors the top of the hair
This turned my hair black
What was your starting level? And desired shade?
It’s not medium brown. It’s black.

I like it.
Thanks 😊
You look like demi lovato!
Haha thanks 😊
You look like the woman on the box!
Hahaha thanks!
