I'm not sure what to think about all this...on one hand, there were some very powerful lower mana cards that seem like they could change the meta. Along that same line, we saw some extremely powerful high mana cards that seem to be very potent. Now here's my issue, and judging from your reaction, it might be your issue too. So one of our biggest problems was that in higher mana battles, the 'right' card ended up being a 4 mana legendary with all the utility needed, but with soft attack, low health...and generally very vulnerable to the giants on the field...the community wanted to see more robust support cards and the team responded...in spades it appears. the only problem is that the cards seem generally weak for support cards...instead of designing a set with powerful support abilities attached to potent monsters for survivability and synergy...it kinda seems like they just plastered more health, added a huge mana cost and then called it good. most of those cards (generally) seemed the LEAST potent and interesting of the set. they seem hard to kill because they have 9 health instead of 3...but all the corresponding abilities remain at the 'small, ineffectual monster' level... and where's the assassins at? there seem to be relatively few 'gunslingers' in the set...I think i'm okay with that...power creep i guess... Don't get me wrong, I'm still excited for the set, it just seems...er...underdeveloped? I'm saying it seems like the team sort of punted a bit...which is probably the most concerning thing about this set tbh...
Yeah, overall I didn't really think power creep here like some are. It's hard to know until I really get in and play with them though and realize what I'm missing with Untamed moving out of modern and how these interact together.
thats a pretty obvious way for them to sale the entire set and just dont care in balancing stuff..also the lvl of insanity for buffing up weapons training ability at this point is freaking ludacris
Bro . How is new players going remember all this abilities and mana and cards.? So many new cards coming to the game but average people cannot still afford 400 bcx common card to play the game and how much should they invest in the game. There is no difference between buying tokens and hold them until bull market and hold the cards untill bull market and there will be no players other than nft holders in this game
I mean, it's a card game. Learning the cards is just kind of part of that. The number of cards in modern isn't really increasing. It's actually decreasing at first.
Great video bulldog
Thanks! I'm excited to start opening our packs!
alright I'm more confuse now what to use 😂
