Nice driving! However, I'm not sure but I think you have wrong game settings. Check you have fullscreenWindow=1 fixAspectRatio=1 centerMenu=1 in plugins/FixUp.ini and correct resolution (xres and yres) in RichardBurnsRally.ini. Usually 1920x1080. Also Fullscreen = false

In case you don't know, you can adjust the point of view and the FOV with the pacenote plugin. The FOV affects the sensation of speed.
