06:46 : If you were presented with this ECG, how would you know that it is a septal wall infarction? It looks like there are changes in all the leads, so how do you pinpoint it to septal?
so the diagnosis in 4:37 would be Acute Inferolateral MI with reciprocal changes in lead V1-V3 ?
it could be left circumflex dominate circulation[~10% of posterior wall circulation] { where the PDA branched from LCX instead of RCA}

i assume the ECG in 6:44 is also called acute extensive anterior MI ?
