I think they are officer cadets, they are being given a hard time because as officers they will have to lead and give orders. Before giving orders it is essential to learn how to take orders and to be in a position where you are not asking people to do anything you would not do yourself or haven’t done yourself. Yes it looks ragged, that’s not the point, you can see that they are well disciplined and are responding well, as time goes on they will gel together nicely as a team.
